On July 8th, 2022, in this passionate and enthusiastic summer, Shenzhen JOWAY Power Co., Ltd. held the third "JOWAY Cup" tug-of-war competition. The participants were all spirited and full of passion. The on-site cheerleaders were enthusiastic, interpreting the spirit of hard work, cooperation, and solidarity together! Harvesting, learning, and growing in relaxation!

The tug-of-war competition was divided into 8 teams. First, the teams faced off against each other in pairs, and after selecting four teams, they faced off against each other again. Finally, the first, second, third, and fourth places were determined. The competition process was particularly exciting, and the atmosphere on the scene was infectious. The cheerleaders were also very enthusiastic. After the competition ended, the referees announced the results on the spot and awarded red envelope bonuses to the winning teams.

Through this tug-of-war competition, we not only enhanced employee relationships but also fostered their teamwork and fighting spirit. This all-out effort and spirit of taking on challenges make the path to success less arduous. This event allowed us to relax while also uplifting our spirits at a personal level.
